OPPAGA conducted a historical review of the 1920 Election Day violence in Ocoee, Florida. To complete this review, OPPAGA assessed academic papers and books, maps, oral histories, congressional testimony, census records, property deeds, death records, and hundreds of newspaper articles. As directed, the study aims to provide information on the scope and effects of the incident.
