Information Systems Administration (ISA) provides the information technology resources to assist the operational divisions accomplish the department's mission and goals. ISA provides and supports critical systems that are used to store information vital to the Florida Highway Patrol and issues and stores information for driver licenses, vehicle registrations, and vehicle and vessel titles. Information from these systems is used by state and local law enforcement, Florida's tax collectors, other local, state, and federal agencies, private businesses, and Florida residents.
